While I was bored, I noticed that I was able to have gifs in my kitty terminal, so I tried to use them with neofetch and fastfetch, but gifs were not supported by them, so since I was bored I tried making a custom fetcher that is able to use gifs instead of just still images while still being pretty quick
Currently working on making sure that all gifs that are passed in are able to be placed correctly along with terminal fetch data and input spaceing using math. Along with being able to read the kind of file from metadata (because file extensions can lie apparently, and decide randomly where to put dimensions of the image in metadata)
If I feel like working on this a bit more and am able to get gif compression better than I will try and perfect this enough that I myself could depend on it (still using neofetch atm)
